Why This Work Matters

As a Black mom with ADHD, I deeply understand what it feels like to carry so much while silently struggling. I know what it’s like to feel capable but overwhelmed, and to question yourself when things that seem “simple” feel hard. Though we are not all the same, the experience of being neurodiergent allows me to show up with both empathy and practical support.This work is personal to me, and I’m passionate about helping Black women feel seen, supported, and equipped—wihtout shame or judgement.
