They are able to recognize their level of comfort or discomfort when making decisions and setting boundaries but are more likely to navigate through those circumstances without shutting down and making impulsive choices.
Why This Work Matters
The clients I work with feel especially meaningful to me because I understand, both personally and professionally, the weight of navigating adverse childhood experiences, unhealthy relationship dynamics, and the difficulty of setting boundaries. Often my clients are working through these things for the first time. Having done similar work personally, I’m passionate about creating a space where clients can begin to see what’s possible on the other side of those experiences.There’s something incredibly powerful about witnessing someone recognize their own resilience, step into their strength, and learn to move through life in a way that feels healthier, more intentional, and supported. What also shapes my work is my ability to connect deeply with clients who have experienced adversity, difficult relationships, or struggles with self-worth and boundaries. I understand how complex those experiences can be, and I’m intentional about helping clients move from survival mode into a place of clarity, confidence, and emotional stability.
