I help my clients: identify unhealthy patterns, develop practical tools to navigate conflict more effectively, I guide couples in slowing down conversations, expressing their needs clearly, and move from constant tension to feeling understood, respected, validated, and connected again.

I create a space where clients feel heard and understood, while also being gently challenged to look at patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I'm supportive, but also direct. I help clients slow things down, take accountability where needed, and understand how their patterns are showing up in real time.
